The online service’s user register, partner register
This policy describes which information is collected of Kemin Digipolis Oy’s partners, the partners’ contact persons and visitors to the website, as well as how this information is utilised.
Data content of the registers, storage and use of the data
Data stored in the registers include the name, phone number and email address of the person, as well as company name. The data that is stored in the registers is obtained from the persons from, among other things, messages sent via www forms, email and social media services, agreements, meetings, and other situations in which the person discloses their data.
Data (name and contact information) saved through contact forms in online services with the visitor’s consent is used only for communicating with the sender. Kemin Digipolis Oy never discloses the data it has collected to third parties, except when requested to do so by the Finnish authorities.
The purpose of processing personal data is communication and to maintain business relations, processing website visitor data to ensure and develop the functionality of the website, and processing personal data for purposes related to Kemin Digipolis Oy's services, e.g. product development, sales and marketing.
